 Financing – We offer financing on new or replacement equipment purchases through CitiFinancial. We offer a number of different options including 6 and 12 month same as cash. back to top

 Duct Cleaning – We use high-efficiency particle air vacuuming equipment. You can expect our technician to be there 2-4 hours performing this service, which involves vacuuming and brushing various heating and cooling system components. There are many benefits to duct cleaning. It saves money on heating and cooling, eliminates odors, dust, and reduces allergens in the air, thereby, helping people with allergies and other chronic health issues.  Trip Charge –We currently do not charge an additional trip charge for the Fox Cities area; however, some surrounding cities are subject to a $25 trip charge. Please call our office for further information. back to top

 Service Area – We service Appleton and the surrounding Fox Cities area extending to Calumet County and areas of Brown and Winnebago Counties. back to top

 How Often? – Services –Heating and Air Conditioning units should be serviced annually. The best scenario is to have your heating system checked in the fall and the air conditioning in the spring. Oil-fired equipment should definitely be serviced annually.back to top

 Hours of Service –Our regular office hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. However, our 24-hour emergency service is always available. back to top

 Service Appointments – Regular annual maintenance and repair service is generally scheduled in two-hour increments to allow our service technician enough time to properly service your equipment. You can expect our appointments to be scheduled between 8-10 a.m. (earliest) and 2-4 p.m. (latest)

 

Estimates on new/replacement equipment can be scheduled for nights and weekends. back to top
